This is a very simple workout you can do that will build cardio and get you fit to fight:

1. 300 metre run.

2. 300 straight punches with intensity.

3. 300 metre run.

4. 300 hook punches with intensity.

5. 300 metre run.

6. 300 uppercuts with intensity.

7. 300 metre run.

8. 300 hammer punches with intensity.

9. 300 metre run.

10. 300 seconds (5 minutes) of all out bag work.
